Well, for awhile there I was working out 5 days a week, but stopped. BUT im going to start again. WE CAN DO IT!

Yes.
Several times a day, every day, one way or another.
I walk, cycle, swim, do quite strenuous physical work, use the gym for at least an hour a day and spar every Sunday - significantly more in preparation for a full-on fight. I focus on maintaining upper body drive (strike) muscle in the gym and leave everything else pretty much to natural exercise. In addition I watch my diet, never touch booze, never smoke and never allow my weight to move more than 2 or 3 lbs away from where it should be - 280 lbs at a shade over 6' 8" in my bare feet.
I just like teasing the keep fit types by going on about junk food and loafing about like a couch potato.
It drives them nuts :oP

Swim 36 laps (1 mile) 3 to 5 times a week. (1 hour or so)
A basic exercise push up and crunches 3-4 sets 50 each
(Done thru out the day) (Added together 15 min tops)
Weight lift 3 to 5 times a week (upper body - lower body)
Stretch every day, before bed and first thing in morning.
(About a half hour each time).

yes 4-5 days a week. I do 30 minutes of cardio on the FitLinx machine followed by 4 sets of crunches and leg raises. Then I lift weights with chest, shoulders, legs, and back one day and then forearms, biceps, and triceps the next day ending with 15-20 minutes in the suana.

Yes I exercise everyday for about 2 hours. Walk, run, left weights, sometimes swim and ride my bicycle for about 7 miles.

No. I've never had the motivation to keep a daily exercise regiment. One day maybe, but as of now I'm just your regular couch potato.

i walk 2 of my dogs for 15-20 mins each then go for another half hour myself every other day then on the alternate days i walk about an hour.Going to start getting on my gazelle walking thing again..Do that on the days i walk with my dogs..it has become an expensive coat rack!

well before I got lazy in the last month, I used to take my dog out for a 2 mile walk everyday at 5 am. but i've been getting lazy.

Every other day I do squats and plies (a ballet type squat). Sometimes I step up and down on a workout bench.
My legs look awesome. I've always had chicken legs, but not anymore!
