Presuming you were wearing a heat resistant suit.

if the hole were maintained in the earth, you would eventually become suspended at the center

if you fell from the surface you would build a lot of speed and pass the center and nearly reach the surface on the other side

then you would fall back the other way again passing the center but traveling less far (due to the resistance from the air, if the hole was sealed and airless, it would take a really long time for the oscilations to stop)

like a bouncing ball, you would fall shorter every time until EVENTUALLY you would stop at the center

this could take a long time depending on the frictional losses

Well for a start you would certainly die because of the heat. However then what remains were left of you would be suspended in the middle of the earth as gravity on earth pulls to the core.

The inner core is solid, so you couldn't stay there. I'd like to correct another answer. It's not all iron. It has some nickle and rcrntly they discoverd that (I can't remember the exact percentage) 90 percent of the Earth's gold is in the core

yeah, you would, as the gravity that keeps us 'weighted' is generated by the mass below you (all objects have a 'gravity' even if it very weak).

So if you got to the centre of the earth all the mass would be above you so you would be as wieghtless as you would be if you were in space.

Hope This Helps

The core is iron, at huge heat and pressure, you'd be the blob of lard floating on the top asuming you werent vapor.

Yes you would oscillate a few times then settle in the middle.

Yes. It's called 'simple harmonic motion'.
You would probably miss lunch too.

eventually although lots of other factors excluding heat.
