Like the question of torture!

Terrorists, 3 rd world dictators, communists, sadists...all love TORTURE. Now, we can add the Republicans to that list.

Isn't it true that if you act like a terrorist...that you become a terrorist too?

Fighting fire with fire is not a good strategy.

If you act like an idiot does that make you an idiot too. My guess is it does. If democrats don't start taking terrorists for their word, a lot of people will die as the result. If you can torture someone, which we won't do for some stupid reason, and save lives, then it is a moral decision. If we were terrorists, we would bomb those communities that suport terrorism such as Gaza, southern Lebanon, and Iran into the stone age or beyond.

Let's see:
Acting like a terrorist would be to deliberately target people you know to be civilians for mass murder with the intent of instilling fear in a targeted population.

Nope, I don't see Republicans doing that. I see them targeting a select group of people of are known to actively seek to commit terrorist acts. How is chasing, imprisoning, and killing terrorists becoming one? Possible answer: when you sympathize with the ones being chased, imprisoned or killed.

Yes, it's true. "Terrorist" isn't a racial or ethnic group, a religion, etc. It's a word that describes people by their actions. So acting like a terrorist does indeed make you a terrorist.

And yes, when the US says we'll do ANYTHING (including violating our own constitution and the Geneva convention) to kill these "other" terrorists, we have become what we hate.

Either your a terrorist or not!!!!

Although we don't necessarily agree with the Bush Administration. Unlike Al-Qita we still have the right to free speech and we still have the right to disagree with out government to an extent.

However, no one's heads or body parts have been chopped up and left at a brook or river because we don't like what they say.

Hence the difference between Terorrist and Pushy Politicians.

You implant the Terrorist threat into their minds to a mass world paranoia, and you end up with home grown terrorists.

no you have to think and act like your enemy to defeat them , i would say if you defend terrorsit then you are one though . all republicans are trying to do is stop the terrorist , if the democrats and the crazy liberals have an idea they should speak up instead of whining all the time

The type of torture we used was like college hazing.
How did you miss that? It has been made clear to everyone.

It's true that if you worry about terrorists and care about them, that you are encouraging them to stike again. They think that you are supporting them.

Define "torture."

If it includes suicide bombing, flying planes into buildings, etc., then yes.

If it is limited to the extraction of information to STOP terrorism, and is narrowly constructed for this sole purpose, then no, it is not terrorism.
