whoa.....wait a minute. who said sexual exploitation is not a crime????

and the two have nothing to do with each other. homosexuality is a life choice between two (or three) consenting parties. sexual exploitation is a crime against children no matter what sex the offending person is and no matter the sex of a child.

i was brought up by a nutcase republican and not even she got the two mixed up! technically i am registered republican and i have never come to that conclusion either!

what publishing did you aquire such a thought?

edit: LMFAO @ the post before me. not all holes were meant to be poked!! LMFAO

Homosexuality is a disease . It is not to be encouraged and spread .Even animals hate doing it and we humans who have comre far away from animals should be more refined . We have sex with women only .why shous not we have it with the females species of our own family and why should we give our sibilings in marrigage to others wnd why should not we amrry among the members oir family itself ,Dose it not sound absurd and dirty inhuman and anomal practice ? We have some noprms as humans . we ca not and should not live in mad sex alone and shouls not think of the opposite sex at the sight of all holes and felsh. Homo sexuals shouls understand this and controil therir senses and should not lower humanith below the level of animals in behaviour . All holes are not meant to be poked .into .Mental diseases are not to be encouraged and should be treated . It is a pshycosomatic disease and should be cured by severe corporeal punishements .All individuals would be dying one day . But society would continue to live and individuals shouls not e allowed to spoil and destroy the society because of their illness . We should not hesitrte to save and protect the society by eleminating the diseases that are sure to corrupt the society and cause suifferings to many . No indidvidul's right is greater thant the right and safety of the society. So eleminate those who do not mend themselves and demean and degrade the human society. Those who abet in the crime by supporiint the aboninable practice in the name of sexual orientation shold be executed first and the offenders should be dealt with later . This should be the adminaitraive and correctional orientation of the society.

I believe most conservatives do know the difference. I personally don't believe homosexuality is a crime, just against my beliefs. Of course, the US doesn't have to support my beliefs, but that doesn't make me vote pro gay marriage. I have my rights just as you have yours. I don't bash you for not being against gay marriage, and I think you sound dreadfully ignorant bashing others.

Ah Neddie - You've certainly stirred them with this one! I am amazed at the ones that have tried to group homosexuality with pedophilia. We must excuse them for answering questions before educating themselves on the subjects. As far as conservatives and their religious beliefs, it always amuses me when they pick and choose certain parts of the bible to follow literally.

Um, that would require a *brain* -- haven't met many republicans yet that have one of those (or if they do, know how to use it).
The republican party used to stand for getting government OUT of our personal lives -- that republican party would be pushing hard for the government not to have anything to do with laws concerning sexual preference one way or another. But since the party was hijacked by the religious right, it's not the party it used to be.

Oh, and midwestbruin -- you should check your facts before you post silly assumptions. Much more than twice as many *heterosexuals* have contractd the aids virus than homosexuals worldwide. And they're the ones currently spreading it. Try reading some facts once in a while rather than just listening to Rush Dimbaugh and saying "ditto!"

You don't understand the process. The name of the game is winning elections. If you can't win elections then you can't change America to reflect what you and your followers believe in.The way that elections are won is by appealing to the people that actually vote and ignoring those that don't.
This is not organic chemistry, in the political arena being intellectually right is of little if any value ,in fact as Al Gore will tell you it may hurt your cause.
I took two semesters of economics in college, I know damned well that keeping taxes artificially low is a recipe for disaster But I also know that any politician that proposes raising them doesn't stand a prayer -in hell of getting elected
To get elected using the Republican model ; a candidate finds an impassioned group that will vote en mass ;finds another group that they can easily hate-It's called polarizing the electorate;
then proceeds to give positive re-enforcement to their already prejudiced beliefs. Simple and very effective But not original.
Whether or not it's absolute truth matters only to the intellectuals.

I think they do know that, Neddie. I mean religous people have their own beliefs, but they represent Christian philosophy not the Republicans. What are you getting at? Do you think if that Congressman had been sending e-mails to a girl he wouldn't have had to resign? I highly disagree.

Once again with the generalizations.....
I am pro gay marriage
I am pro choice
I vote Republican because the Democrat party disgusts me....perhaps you all need to try another approach?

Politics and spin. They are embarrassed by this "revelation" which the GOP knew about in '05. In all honesty, however, if a little truthfulness is applied, this one man is not going to take down the whole party, unless the party responds by "circling the wagons" and continues to try to support him, or blame the Democrats. Unfortunately, they seem to be stuck in "attack" mode.

They understand, many of them are preditors and gay, they just hide it, but as the recent news shows you it eventually catches up with them if they lie. Many judges are preditors too. Being gay has nothing to do with being a child preditor, they know this, but for most of the midwest it is still not acceptable so they do lose their seat in the government
