I'm not trying to lift from someone else, I have it on one of my computers and I would like to put it on my other computer. I don't have the original disk because it was already downloaded on my computer. I just want to get it from 1 of my computers to the other.

normally the Microsoft Access comes with Microsoft Office (that includes Word,Excel,Access..), so if you have legitimate CD with serial number (you must have the serial number), you can install it for personal use on your PC, but i think its illegal, since every installation must have its own license and serial number

Not only would it be very difficult without copies of the original install discs, but it would also be theft, and as such, illegal.
