Make a shirt that says:

Zombies like brains.

and that's all, I think it would be kind of funny. It's nice and subtle.

Plain white "T" with zombie on the front in black lowercase letters.

"Where's the Brain?" (like "Where's the Beef?")
and have the zombie holding a head of different icons who people think are stupid.
