How can I open a bank account in Europe online?

I may need it for online poker if the US makes it illegal.

I don't know Europe's Policies. But any bank that I know of does NOT allow you to open a bank account online, it is highly unsecure and they will need your signature!

The Swiss may do it but I believe sooner or later you have to be present to sign the papers.
