So, what are your thoughts on the playoff seeds this year? Are the Heat coming back to win 2? Or is Amare going to be the push the Suns need to get the crown?

The Heat aren't going to win #2. They're not going to repeat as East champions. The team is getting old and a lot of younger teams are up and coming. I'm picking the Chicago Bulls to win the East. With Big Ben in the middle, Chicago's a hard team to beat, especially with Gordon, Duhon, and Hinrich putting up numbers.

In the west, I'm going with Dallas. They have a solid team this year, basically last year's team. Though the team has playoff experience, they never reached the Finals and choked. The Suns are question mark cuz I don't know if Amare's health will stop him from putting up big numbers.

Bulls vs. Mavericks in NBA finals..................Mavs win

I think the suns are going to be alot tougher with Amare this year. But, I think the crown will stay in the east. I don't think it will be the Heat though, I'm thinking the Pistons or the Nets.

If I had to choose, Miami vs. the field, I would choose the Heat. There are a few teams out there that are close to putting it all together (namely Phoenix, Dallas and Cleveland,) but none of them have quite enough to get the job done. Phoenix needs depth, Dallas needs toughness and Cleveland needs better role-players. I guess I'd take Miami for the sole reason that even though they're a year older, they'll have another year of experience playing together under Pat Riley.

Id like to say the lakers are going all the way, but they will probably go to the 2nd round. Maybe the west finals. It should be either the suns or the mavs that make it out of the west.
The east finals should be heat vs. cavs....heat take it in 6 but the west will bring back the trophy.......

in spite of KG out the game, the celtics are nonetheless the celtics. and u gotta supply it to chi-city for playin tremendous protection hostile to boston. i recommend, pierce became pierce, rondo did his thang, ray became chilly, yet others like large toddler helped defensively and offensively. its only the bulls performed difficult, only tremendous protection all-round for chicago. cant wait to work out the subsequent sport..
