Someone who is overly dramatic in every situation. If they break a nail, they cry as though the nile river flooded their room. If someone else has a problem, they turn it around into their own issue with extra flare such as getting violently angry, dramatically sad, extra over the edge happy... so on and so forth. They think the world is their stage literally and make every situation revolve around them.
Example: New York from Flavor of love on VH1... she is drama queen all the way!

Someone who always needs some kind of issue going on in their life. That can't have just a normal "boring" everyday life. Has to create problems in order to get involved in them or have something to complain about.
