iPOP! is a Convention that happens twice a year: in New York City in July and Hollywood in January. iPOP! brings trained performers and models together with leading talent managing and modeling agencies from all over the United States, as well as Europe and Asia.

Trust me, TOP Hollywood agents do not have to go to a "convention," to find talent. It's a scam, all they want is your money.
Talent agents find clients by going to the theater, by referral from a client, manager, or casting director. When you are in a production, mail your headshot/resume to the talent agents and casting directors. They probably will not attend, but may send an "up and coming" talent agent to your show.
