I live in the Metropolitan New Orleans area and was never a fan of Aaron Brooks. He can't think and chew gum at the same time. Alex Smith has much more upside potential. He just happens to be on a really bad team.

Alex Smith b/c Aaron Brooks is horrible. Alex isnt gonna be anything special but at least he has the advantage of youth...both teams are already done...

Alex Smith. Aaron Brooks has been a loser his whole carrer and I think Smith is getting better, although already better then Brooks.

Alex Smith simply needs better tools.Switch him out for Brooks and youll see some success.However it is Alex Smith.

Alex Smith is so much better. Aaron Brooks has never really been good anyway.

Brooks is almost washed up.
Smith has a lot of potential IF the 49ers can give him the tools all great QB's need to succeed. He already has the natural talent to be one of THE BEST.
