Special effects. CGI., Maybe as simple as the water was probably only an inch or so deep, dyed so you can't see through it or tell that it's only that deep. Other than that, think only one person i have ever heard of do that.

What strikes me is how human beings have worry believing Jesus walked on water, grew to change into water into wine, yet settle for that he's God interior the flesh and is able to speaking the cosmos into actual being with a note, and saving humanity mutually with his blood.
