Whats the song?

It's newer. it has something to do with heart...but she keeps saying heart like over and over again. and in the music video she is like talking to a guy but there is no guy there just his clothes but by the end of the video he's there and then they start throwing like powdered paint on each other and i have no clue what song it is and i'd like to know.

It's "Fidelity" by Regina Spektor.
I kinda like that song, but still by far the best part is that paint throwing. I'm so gonna try that someday.
