If the RAZR is also a Cingular, then you should be able to swap out the SIM. The SIM is just a way to identify you on their network, so as long as it's compatible with their network it doesn't matter what phone it's in. If it's a Verizon phone you won't be able to use it cause their network uses CDMA.
