How to change a tampon is a good one because it is more complicated than what is said in leaflets with tampons – commercial tampons carry more risks than other tampons due to chemicals and synthetic materials used, tampons are very bad for vaginal health, history of TSS and tampon legislation – of course that is if you are going in that direction with the speech, of course you could sum up all of the safety awareness speech on tampons by simply saying 'Don't use them'.

If you do choose to do it on tampons you'd have a LOT of information on health risks as well as a host of other issues, question is do you know enough about tampon safety awareness to do a speech on it?
Trust me, I'm a menstrual activist, it is a VERY complex subject.

talk about how safety is balanced against the benefit we get from the dangerous activity.

1) We tolerate gas explosions in our houses but the benefit of gas cooking outweighs it.

2) There is no utility to having a swimming pool but we accept them because the enjoyment benefit usually outweighs the risk.
