what i dont get about tv is how come they have a big deal about alittle nudity but they have no problem showing somebody getting hanged or shot to death... and you know what i dont care if tv is clean or not... in some shows there needs to be someone to die or get shot at. and in some shows they need some romance, sex, whatever else... i just think shows over do it sometimes which is y theres people like you saying all tv has to be "clean" with no violence and sex.... if tv was just like that then nobody would watch it

If you mean forced or government-regulated content, then no, I don't. I think it violates the First Amendment. There's a lot of junk on TV I hate and wouldn't want my kid watching, but it has a right to be there. I think the current regulations about showing adult content on in certain hours, and the rating system, is sufficient. There's plenty of places for parents to get info on what's in the programs their kids are watching. The responsibility for enforcing it belongs to the parents.

Yup, I think we should go back to the good old days when the presenter etc didn't swear and it was rather left to your imagination. You always knew what they meant but they never said it and that added to the content of the show. Sex scenes were also filmed in such a way that it was left to the viewers imagination as to what was going on (or, what DID happen). Keep it clean, look after our kids I SAY!! Ü

yes and clean commercials as well...i dont like my kids seeing the Victorias Secret commercials..it gives them the wrong idea..im teaching my daughters that being smart and going to college is more important then having a boyfriend but these commercials are teaching them that you should be half naked and sexy to get men! Its crazy!

Yeah, it's better than a tv that's covered in dust. You can see the screen better when the TV is clean.
