I sleep with my bra on because I'm waaaaay out of proportion (I'm 5'2, 130 lbs, and I'm a 34F)...it's not necessarily better for you. I just do it because it's much more comfortable for me. It's important to have some time without your bra on, though, because you have to let them "breathe".

If you want your breast to hang to you knees later on in life then don't wear a bra to bed. Otherwise let it all hang out. Sleeping without a bra will not make your boobs bigger only longer. It is False. If I don't wear a real bra to bed I will wear a sports bra.

I've heard women with large breasts say that they sleep in their bras; I don't have them and would not dream of wearing a bra to bed.

OMG, one of ur answers that you got for this question was that if you sleep in ur bra it makes them bigger, well I don't know if that is true, but my younger friend sleep in her bra and she has gigando boobs, and I am older then her, who doesn't sleep in a bra has tiny ones omg that is so weird.

That is uncomfortable. I couldnt sleep with my bra on. After a long day, it feels good to 'let loose'!

It is pretty much a personal preference. It doesn't hurt or help breasts.
