You question is a little confusing.

You are three weeks pregnant but you need a pregnancy test to give you an accurate result? Or is it that you think you are three weeks pregnant and asking when you could get an accurate result?

Three weeks pregnant is really a week past the conception date, because pregnancy is counted from your last menstrual period. If you are only one week past your conception date then a home pregnancy test would not be accurate. A blood test may show positive at this point.

Hope that answered your question.

So you THINK you are 3 weeks along, since you haven't done a test yet?

You can test with Early Response up to 5 days before you "expect" to miss your next period. You should figure that out based on the length of your cycle.

Good luck.
