I don't want to go to the gym and I don't have a Boxflex of anything like that. So how do I get better abs?

Stomach crunches work great. Start with no extra weight, and gradually add weight by holding a weight disk or something else on your chest, starting with light weights, and gradually working to heavier as you get stronger. When that no longer is enough, you can hold a dumbell behind your neck with both hands.

Do crunches. Put your feet under your bed to give you resistance. That will do it. Also take a broom (wooden) cut it off so it is about 48" long. Put it behind your neck on your shoulders and turn at the waist only. This will help that area too.

it really is all about weight-help plan an extremely some centred exercising. one component although....the intensity of the wedge between each and each belly muscle is genetically determined and can't be altered by skill of exercising. some human beings are born with truly seen abs and others, which contain myself, aren't any more. I decrease weight from 190lbs to 160lb (I wasn't even on the purpose of overweight at one hundred ninety) and my abs only grew to change right into somewhat seen.
