Lon Chaney Jr. alone played all four from 1941-1944, for Universal. He ORIGINATED only The Wolfman role, however, which is what a lot of people are reacting to about your question.

Lon Chaney Jr. played all of them except Frankenstein. Boris Karloff played him. A lot of people besides Chaney played Dracula, including Bella Lugosi, Frank Langella, and Christopher Lee.
