All of the time. The scene in 40 Yr Old Virgin where Cal and Dave are playing the Video Game and they are having their "You know how I know you're gay" discussion. Classic and Very very funny. I think they should have left every bit of it in the final movie.

I was suprized they took the first song out of the movie "The Producers". The scene was "Opening Night", and I actually laughed more at that "deleted scene" than some of the rest of the movie. It should have stayed in the movie because it set up the sleazy nature and Jewish background of Bialystock. It would have made all the other yiddish references throughout the movie much funnier, and make more sense.

I think this people know what they are doing most of the time the deleted scenes are just irrelevant , it doesnt bother me, I am watching what the directors and producers intended for us to watch as the main film , I dont even bother watching the special features , knowing everything about a movie takes away from the mistery..and imagination!

yeah definately. Jacob's ladder cut out the whole ending in the movie version. its 100 times easier to understand with the deleted scenes.

There's hilarious airplane footage from Planes, Trains and Automobiles that was cut out. It's only in the television version. Unbelievable.

Yep, you see it quite often, but it is removed for time constraints or some other stupid reason.
