If you indeed took the line off and flow was just a trickle.... replace the fuel filter (if its a in line) the one in the tank is permanent and requires the tank taken off and rinsed out and back flowed (air blow the opposite way gas flows)

Just blow the line out with air if its in the gas line..., I'd go ahead and replace it if its old and cracked....

It may not be the fuel line, but the needle valve and seat in the carburator.

Take it off and blow through it with compressed air or, if it is old, I suggest you replace it with a new one as old ones get hard and may crack and leak.

are you sure its the line and not the filter?? some have little filters in the gas tank and are very hard to replace!! others have filters right in the line itself and very easy!!
