Ok, now get a big carton and shape it round, get paper to wrap around and borrow from you supermarket those things they move stuff around with and place your box with you sis inside and WHOALA!!!!!!TERENG!! SUPRISE!!!

Make your own!
Get a couple of cardboard boxes, one bigget than the other to sit on top and be the lid.
Spray paint the boxes and cover with paper, misc decorations and maybe blowups of old photos of him from childhood on.
Borrow a mechanics dolly to wheel the "cake" in on.
After, you could probably rent it out !!!!

contact a local party shop, ask at companies that cater to men's Stag Parties - ask local caterers
These are items you rent, not own
Maybe (just sayin...) he'd like to see some different person jump out than his own wife? . . .
