Dear, you r just 14, dont worry about that,
But only for your satisfaction , i want to tell you some points that you can diagnose it.
1. see your breast , is it paining ?
2. tenderness in breast.?
3. you should feel fever , that is high grade upto 104 f .
4. your menses irregular, but it happend normally in some girls in the age of 14., dont worry if it happened with you
5.is there any swelling in your breast.
these are simple steps , for further information you can search internet.
but i think all these are enough for your satisfaction.

you dont have a risk of getting breast cancer until you are 40

your doctor, but i dont think you have breast cancer though because your age.

heyy well feel for lumps in your breasts cause if you have lumps that could be a sign! other wise tell your mom + she'll take you to the doctor... xoxo,
