i have seen this too many times. is it that they lack being a confident enough on their ability to protect so they portray it on their arm? 3 out of the 3 guys i knew that had them were str8 up pieces of Sh it. so whats the correlation?

Same reason they drive loud motorcycles, have cars stereos that shake windows, or get those barbed wire tattoos - to look tough. In most cases you're dealing with a bully who would rather frighten people away by appearances so they never have to prove how tough they are (or aren't, in many cases).

BIG Tattoos, is a way for them to gain confidence, in them selves:
A macho emblem ! ( we have the power,of the pit bull)
they are quite brave ( if a little stupid)
to get these sort of tattoos done,
as i am told, they can be very painful.
If it seems foolish to you, for them to do this .
Remember, it is their choice and if ,
they want to show off now .
they will have to live with that Tattoo , for the rest of their lives ,
Unless they want an operation later , to remove them .
( which also, very painful and very expensive !)

Most of the pitbull tattoos that I have seen are on guys that are or were in the Marine Corps. A Pitbull is like their mascot.

They think that everyone has one, and they think it looks cool. Unless a girl gets a small tattoo on her lower back, right above the top of her jeans, no tattoos look appealing to me at all.

Look at it this way. Now you can recognize creeps before they even open their mouths. People with tattoos are big turn offs in general, IMO.

i think they are weak guys that have to show that they are not weak so to do this they think getting a pit bull will make them seem hardies!!
