I had one 3 years ago. It was the best thing I ever did. I did have problems afterwards though. I was in hospital for a week after surgery, and couldn't go back to work for another 4 weeks afterwards. I had alternate staples and sutures and where the staples had been removed I got infection. The scarring was bad around the infection site but a year later I had the scars cut and resewn so they look much better now. I also has a fatty lump under my left breast that I had injected to reduce it. It all sounds horrific, but knowing all this, I would still have it done again in a second. I went from a 34G to a 34D and I feel so much happier about it. My confidence increased, my backpain went away, and I can wear nice bras. It is the best thing I have ever done and I would always recommend it. Good luck.

Yes!
Best thing I ever did.
Yes, you will be a little sore. You'll get asked by people that have no clue about the pain in the a** that large breasts can be 'how could you' and all that sort of stuff.
But- you can eliminate bra gouged shoulders and back pain, and have them put up nice and high like they were in highschool... or if you are in highschool, you can avoid them weighing you down and sagging to your belly button, lol.
Beign fit and the right weight is better for the surgury of course, but all size girls can do it.
Expect a day in the hospital, maybe 2, and not to be able to do heavy upper body stuff for a week or so- ask your docotor for details on what is considered heavy for you- I was back driving in 3 days and in the gym in 2 weeks,
It's been 5 years and they still look like they did in highschool, and my back doesn't hurt.
I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

The girl who played the lead role in the 80's tv show Punky Brewster had a breast reduction when she was like 16. Didn't like all the attention she was getting for her big breasts.

Breast Reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
