CPU is too high would like to bring it down.Ran anti-virus and spyware programs tuned up negative.

The usual reason is spyware. You didn't say what operating system you have. If you have something besides windows XP I could probably tell you what doesn't belong in task manager by memory. Most often spyware removers don't get everything/ If you have a good CPU I wouldn't expect your usage to be above ten percent.idleing more like 5 percent.

When you are doing something the CPU will go high, sometimes all the way to 100%, this is not a problem.

Open Ur TaskMgr and go to processes and C who the Hogs R. Then if U want Kill the processes. Just make sure U kno what Ur doing...{:-{}...or download FeshUI
