I feel like I need to lose a little bit of weight and I really don't know how to workout. What are some good excerises that can help flat down my stomach, thighs, arms, and legs? lol

On Monday,Wednesday,Friday, is when you should workout. Like going to the park and walk for an hour or just thirty minutes. You want to start eating more healthy foods like water and fruit. You should make Saturday a day when you can enjoy yourself with a treat but not too much. Think of it this way, you can have a cookie maybe even 2 but don't eat 15!!! Maybe you can fast. Fasting really helps. I'm fasting now and I lost 5lbs. Just start eating before the sun comes up and no more after that. Like start eating at 6:30. Than later you can eat at 6:00 until the sun comes up. And still exercise.

I'd start with aerobic/cardio excercise. Get the heart rate up, and do some tone-ing workout for those muscle groups. "Spot excercise" to reduce fat on certain areas is a myth. If it worked, gum chewers would have non existant cheeks. Where ya show weight is all about genetics. Cardio will bump up your metabolism, and calorie need. Not having it, the body burns the fat to fuel the metabolism. Just start out slowly at first. Always stretch before and after.

Try pilates. I got hooked on pilates when I was a freshman in high school and I love it. It really tones your body into a lean dancer's body. Most of the exercises are done on the ground.Google Pilates if you want to find out more, or go to a store or library and rent some pilate workout videos to see if it's right for you.

For my abs, I like to do the workout on seventeen.com in the health section. There is an easy to follow video. Running combined with alternations of yoga or pilates will do wonders as long as you keep it in check (e.g. 5 times a week).

Pilate's are excellent for firming and toning and flexibility. But you definitely need some cardio too. Treadmills, stair climber even just walking at a brisk pace. When I had a dog a brisk 30 minute walk every night put me in EXCELLENT condition. And it's a great way to meet people.
