My husband and I just TTC last month, and now I am 2 days late, and I am very regular. You have to know when your ovulation days are. Usually you count 14 days from the first day of your period. www.askdramy.com is a good one. Good luck!

Technically the best way to ensure a pregnancy in the modern world is through artificial insemination. However if you are refering to the involvement of intercourse, deep penetration will help improve the chances of a pregnancy.
