Well, I don't know if that can be True or False, but each side would be 1057 ft. each or 352 yards. If you look at it the way I do, it would be False. If you divide the distance of a mile(5280ft.) by 5, it is 1057, not one. The X would instead be equal to 5, which is not true.

IF the distance around is one mile, which I don't know that, then each side would be 1/5 of that.

So x, the distance of each side, would be 1/5.

The equation given, x/5 = 1 is incorrect.

If the distance around is 1 mile, and there are five sides, then each side is 1/5th of a mile. It does not get any simplier than that.
