If you mean keeping Wales out of the UK news despite a failing health service and education sector then it's doing a great job. When the dis-Assembly was painfully voted in the clock not just stopped in Wales, it started to go backwards. Wales should have the best public services in the world given the amount of investment per capita, it's just a shame the place is run by incompetent left wing politicians.

The problem with targets is that nobody has a clue whether they are reasonable or not. People will also go to great lengths to give the impression that they are meeting targets, ie cheat. Also, when targets are met, even honestly, people assume that they have done well. This is not necessarily true.

No ................... they are nothing more than a bunch of nasty yes men and women for the Labour party. If they spent more time doing and less time talking they just might, but they wont. A bunch of no marks costing way to much money and full of their own self importance,
I mean look at that prat the Labour party sent to Wales................cant think of his name, but the one who was trying very very very badly to sing in Welsh. God help you Wales.
