I have to give quite a few lectures and presentations, both at work and in my hobbies. As long as I know the subject, and have done my research, I'm fine. If I ever have to "wing it", my confidence hits rock bottom. So, be prepared.
Be yourself as well. It gives you one less thing to worry about, and natural is far easier to carry off than faked.
When it comes to people, I am actually quite shy, but most people don't realise it. I never rush in, or push myself forward, I observe, and listen before I start talking. If in doubt, start with questions, rather than statements.

Think of things that you are good at and do them. What kind of confidence do you want? Confidence in school, work, with people? Organize yourself, look your best, and you will be on your way to feeling confident.

when u wake up in the morning tell yourself that u luv u if u believe it then this will definitely boost your confidence also take chances and try to surround yourself with people u luv this will make u feel good thus further confidencifying (i know thats not a real word) yourself

Every day look in a mirror and go over anf focus on the positive ascpects you see outside but more importantly inside. Every day take time to say " I am beautiful in this skin." Don't let anyone make you feel inferior over petty reasons.

believe in your self
tell yourself you can do it
have friends help you tell them
your confidence is low if they dont alredy noe
and if you dnt hav friends make new ones
just go up to someone and start asking hte questions
if they give u a positive feedback
keep talkin to them everyday
and you may becoe good friends
... also do things your good at
and noe u can be succesful in

ignore people who tell u that u cant do nething or that make fun of u...just walk with ur own weight on your shoulders..not ne1 else's...dont worry about what people think of u...just think of how u think of yourself
