If not cold related, then try to open up nose with decongestant sprays, blow your nose, etc.See a doc if this is a usual situation for you.Not tasting food is the worst!

I believe the sense of smell provides about 80-90% of the information you get when "tasting" stuff. So, do whatever you can to clear your nose. That's about it.

Its ok! My cousin she bumped her nostril and cant scent back and you in easy terms have a chilly. Its simply by fact your physique is busy battling germs and lots is going on that that's fantastically plenty no longer hassle-free to something so, dont hardship whilst your coold is going away so will your loss of tasting and smelling.
