wife and husband with no money a lot of credit cards debts, two mortgages, one single house plus an apartment in the beach. two childreen 21 and 24 years old. Need inputs and solutions.

First of all you need to be willing to talk to each other with civility. Then list all assets and expenses. Perhaps selling the property is the only answer to acquiring some money. Then go on line to see if you can divorce with out a lawyer in your state. Print legal documents as to who will own and owe each item. Go to courthouse and file with the county clerk. It will cost some money but not as much as a lawyer.

I would not recommend getting a divorce without an attorney. Attorney's know the law and will work in your best interest, not to mention you say there is debt and property involved... Please do not attempt to get a divorce without an attorney... you will wind up losing alot more than just a spouse

As long as you both completely agree and don't misunderstand each other over the property split I would suggest you discuss this with your county government office that oversees divorces. They can direct you.

go to the court house were you live thy will give them to you all you pay is for the filing fee
