Hello, an unregistered user had won my auction for my laptop. He offered to pay much more than it was worth, but he needed it right away, so I sent it to him early. What do I do now, I never recieved the money from him, it went somewhere in Europe. Who is going to pay for this?

Nobody, you can't send stuff to people before you get the money. You're in a serious mess. I would contact ebay and let them know what happened maybe they can check his IP address or something.

I think that there is a place where u can report scams like these. Just look around the site and i think there might be some place u can tell e-bay about that. IDK if they will give u the money or wht but i'm sure they would do something. That same thing happend to my mom except she paid and never got it...she still hasnt but she got a refund.

DAAANG i feal bad for you man, i think theres a way you can talk to a proffesional ebay employee and track down the guy using IP or something. Ive once bought a printer for 600 dollars on ebay, and never got it. Cost me 200 dollars for shipping also. =(

Do you have another laptop for sale? I will pay you after you send it to me. What about an Ipod, digital camera, I will buy those too. I need them right away.

Let this be a lesson to you.

Why would you ship it before receiving payment? That was not a very smart thing to do. You will be very very lucky to collect. I
