The closest thing I have seen to what you are talking about is the Verizon 'chocolate'. It is meant to be a phone and take the place of your MP3 player. It uses their Vcast capabilities to download music. I don't have one, but they look AWESOME! I think they are only $100, too!

Step one is to pick a wireless carrier that works for you, each carrier is going to offer devices that meet all the above criteria. Cingular offeres the Cingular 8125, Verizon has the Treo 700W, Sprint and T-mobile have these types of devices as well. Before you pick a device pick the network that works where you need it to work. Most carriers offer a trial period of 14-30 days.

Plam 700w running Windows Pocket PC O/S + removable storage card (think 1 gig+) will meet your three criteria. Also, the user-centric design and attractiveness of 700w is unmatched in the industry.
Paid roughly $375 for mine, but got $125 discount from Verizon b/c existing customer.

I have the Samsung T-809. It's my baby. I love it. Its so convenient. It has everything plus its stylish. Since buying this cell phone I have gotten three people to buy it just by them seeing it. It has really great features and I haven't had one problem with it yet. I don't think they have it through t-mobile anymore because they stopped selling it but you can find it in those little cell phone places they have around. Good luck!

I recently got the PPC-6700 from sprint...Verizon has it as well but under a different name. Its a really nice device with everything you need, and also a nice sliding out keyboard which makes typing real quick and simple.
