The fruit has been falling out your mouth while you have been eating and stuck to your jumper.You took it off,forgot to wash it,left it and one side went mouldy it had been there that long.

maybe u spilled some fruit on it and it wen't mouldy, I'd suggest taking it to the cleaners.

maybe you had some fruit stuck to it and its gone all mouldy thats why you are getting both smells....
