I just purchased a new treadmill and I'm ready to loose weight! Of course I will be dieting with my daily exercise. But how many hours or miles a day should I dedicate on my treadmill?

go until you cant anymore and time it
then the next day and about 3 to 5 minutes longer

its different for everone you have to go at your own pace

1-2 hours a day.
