does anyone else have to relate to a song to really really like it? like if i feel really really bad, i cant stand to hear happy songs. or i really like songs that i can relate to, like it decribes me. is anyone else like that or just me...?

I usually have to relate to the lyrics for a song to be a "favorite", a good beat means a lot, but lyrics are really important. I sing, so I tend to notice song lyrics more than the average person.

I don't HAVE to relate to a song to like it, but depending on the mood I'm in, it helps on what type of music and stuff I listen to. Haha, MCR isn't that depressing.

I'm exactly like u.It just has to go with ur feeling when I am sad I listen to My Chemical Romance a depressing band.

im like that with some of the songs i like...the others ones just have beats i really like....but otherwise...yea...i guess im kinda like you...in a way...
