im stuck in sky tower also. i cant beat it but i think i have got it this time. what you want is a lot of healing items like reviver seeds and oran berries. 2nd you need a lvl 34 or higher pokemon because it is hard oncwe you get to the 25th floor. 3rd you will get very hungry on your climb up so pack on the apples and gummies. certain gummies fill you up more depending on your type. i am charmander so red gummies fill me up most. trust me rayquaza is gonna be hard unless.... you have a link box and some powerful moves. it wont work if you dont have your moves in the right order so order your moves, link em ALL together and make your way up the tower. 4th you get so mad at the shuppet that take your pp by using spite so pack some max elixers too. with your food, levels, link boxes, berries, and revivers you should be ready to go so make that clim and good luck.
