McDonald's can't discriminated based on sexual origin but the military can? What difference does it make it the person making your meal is gay over the person who can save your life in the time of militant battle?

Is this better...Government jobs (such as CIA, FBI, Pentagone) have to abide by the Sexual Orientation rule....Why shouldn't the Military?(Since we are talking about Federal Jobs even though the Government can over power State when it is deemed necessary and with proof).

None at all. As far as the military I say you don't have to be straight--just be able to shoot straight.

In the Israeli Army--one of the best in the world--there are gay men and women.

First off: it's Sexual ORIENTATION...not origin.

Secondly: McDonald's is a privately run corporation with publicly traded shares.
The military is a branch of the FEDERAL Government.

McDonald's employment policies are subject to STATE policies.

I know it's confusing, but that's just how our government works. It's really complicated to get into in detail right now.

you know what i hate?! ppl who comment on your grammar and structure.. etc.. and not answer the f_cking question. I don't understand it either. As us intelligent people know, the government is CORRUPT! They can do whatever they want and we "can't" do or say anything about it. Well, if we were to come together and bear arms then we'd make this until a REAL DEMOCRACY!
