As tempting as it is to say that I would like to be her escort at one of those Hollywood gala affairs, the truth of the matter is that the reason that I would like to go on a date with her is that in spite of her success, fame, and beauty she seems to be extremely down to earth. I think it we would both have a good time at a kitchy low key uniquely Austin place like "The Shady Grove" enjoying each others company over a couple of "Hippie Plates" and a "Shady Thang" or two while listing to some excellent local music.
So... Cher, consider this an open invitation, if you're ever in Austin and would like to go out on the town look me up. For the record, I am very happily married and am not prone to the whole "star struck" thing nor am I (to the best of my knowledge) a loony, pervert, weirdo etc...
