We both have deferent talents and were really popular at our school. What should we do for an act?

You say that you both have different talents just try to think of something that you can combine the two with and do your best at it. You're sure to get first place. You never really said in your question if you played an insturment, sang, danced, etc. But just remember everyone is kind of talented at least something.

Maybe Cheerleading or dance, anything that you'll like. I would play on the keyboard. I'm an amateur keyboard playist.
