endoplasmic reticulum/ribosomes (smooth ER/rough ER)
golgi apparatus-
lysosomes-
vacuoles-
chloroplasts-
mitochondria-
microtubules/microfilaments-
cilia/flagella-

Analogies, interesting.

Plasma Membrane: Barrier, Wall
Cell Wall: same as Plasma Membrane
Nucleus: "Brain" of a cell, CPU
ER: Transport highway of a cell
Golgi: similar to ER (though different, I've forgotten how, sorry)
Lysosomes: hmm... not sure
Vacuoles: Food/Water storage
Mitochondria: Energy Processing Plant of a cell
