Why is gas getting lower now but when we had these Hurricanes gas was sky high so why is it so low now?

WHy is gas lower today but when we had the Hurricanes the gas was sky high

Elections are coming up...
Rising cost from hurricanes low supply and big demand equals higher prices. Also simple greed by oil companies. They charge us for their future cost to replace existing supplies already in storage tanks.
