I go out with my family members all the time.... lunch, cocktails, movies, etc..... we are friends. Anything other than friendship is not right.

I would say not!! but what kind of family member, is it a third cousin from her stepfathers side,something like that I'm sure would be okay. But I would say stay away from immediate family, and first and second cousins, and immediate step-family is probably not okay either.

Incest was from our earlier people not in this life time. It's gross and sick and what if they had a child nine times out of ten something will be wrong with that child. It would be right at all tell her don't do it.
