Well I dont know anything that can get completely rid of them but this product has worked really well for me and it has a reasonable price. It is from AVON...I am attaching the link to this...Best wishes with finding a great product!

Nothing is really going to fade them i have tried it all, after 6 kids look out girl, I am with u on this one! But I found using the tanning bed helps me or using a tanning lotion to darken your skin. I have tried everything.
