It happens to a lot of people for different reasons. Just relax it and it should be better soon. If it gets worse then maybe you should go to the doctors. Take care buddy.

Yeah, it will be fine, the thing is that you need to make sure you dont play on it until it is healed. Im saying that because Ive done that several times, and i kept playing before it was healed all the way. It made my ankles so weak at one point that I broke them both ( at different times ) very easily. I would suggest icing it and maybe wearing an ankle brace but giv it some days before playing. If it hurts stop. Good luck.

It sounds like your injury is minor, shouldnt take more than a day or two

If you cant walk without feeling extreme pain go and see a doctor. He might give you a boot or some crutches to help you get around cuz the worst thing you wanna do with a sprained ankle is make it worse by overusing it.

You should have iced the ankle immediately but if you'll stay off it as much as possible over the next two weeks, it should get better quicker. Keep it elevated at home; wear socks around the house; and exercise it gently after the swelling goes down.

If you're in a lot of pain you should see a doctor. If not then it probably isn't too serious and will heal on it's own.

dont play on it for a while! if u do u could make it worse and permentatly damage ur ankle! wrap it, ice it, and rest it! thats the best things u could do for it!

if you dont want to go to a doctor, put a brace on it and try not 2 walk on it that much. mostly olny when you need to. i have had that happen to me before and it feels better if i put wrap stuff or a brace on it. GOOD LUCK!!!
