Yes, it is disgusting and gross. I posted the same question a couple of months ago. Most of the answers attacked ME for sitting on the seat. Which pretty much tells me who the disgusting witches are that do this.
I mean, really, you have to be a special kind of stupid and a disgusting pig to squat over a toilet that others will be using and pee all over the lid. OK, so you don't want to sit down, well then, LIFT the damn lid. Or clean up after yourself.
I'd like to be in their home and do this to them, or listen to them nag the men in their lives that don't lift the lid, as someone as selfish and self-centered as these women are sure to do.
Peace.

Yes. This is about the most ignorant idiotic, and embarrassing disgusting trick of the female species. Thank God men don't see this. These women are so stupid they think they are going to get an std from a toilet seat so they stand up when they pee, and then think its OK to leave that for the next woman to clean up. Like I said, good thing men don't see this, but who knows what you'd see in the men's washroom either--and thank goodness we don't have to. If it's similar, or worse than the condition they leave the bathroom in it at home, I know I sure don't want to.
And now a little bathroom poetry.
If you tinkle,
while you sprinkle,
please be neat
and wipe up the seat.

I try to avoid public toilets as much as possible but sometimes have no choice. I find it utterly disgusting to find a dirty toilet. I simply do not understand who could leave a mess in the bowl or walk away from leaving any kind of mess even if it's a splash on the seat as you have flushed. There are some nasty, dirty people out there.

Yes it is disgusting. I usually just make a u-turn and leave. I'd rather hold it, but I refuse to use a disgusting toilet!
I once went into a public toilet and I couldn't believe my eyes! It was all over the place, not just on the seat and I'm not just talking about the pee!! I mean how sick must you be to actually write sick messages with your poo on the door for instance!! Or smear it on the walls and in the basin. Oh I feel sick now..

As a male, I'd hate it too.
I shared a motel room with an American couple once (no, not like that. They had the bedroom) and I was AMAZED when I had to rush back in as we were leaving. I went to collect something from the bathroom and saw through the open bedroom door - that it was just like the bathroom.....!
I was the first one to use the bathroom, so what I saw was down to them ...It looked like a BOMB had hit the place!
Sheets and pillows all over the bedroom floor!!! ....What the hell were they doing!!!!!! And as for the bathroom! Towels and water all over the place!!!!
I could no more leave a place like that if it were a hotel room or my own.
I've no idea whether it is a peculiarly American practise, ideology or whatever, but it has somewhat coloured my view of Americans.
Sash.

sometimes boys use the ladies toilet and if they're big enough to go by themselves but not big enough to be left in there then the parents probably dont think about wipin up, they just wait by the sinks until the kid comes out, i really dont know how women could make a huge mess really, unless they tried standing up, but then they'd have messy legs too. if there is a mess, I use a different toilet.
