Why is there such a stigma against Nigerians? Nobody likes them, not Jamacians, Haitians, African- Americans, Trinidadians, African- Cubans, or any Africans I have talked to from all over the world. Even my mom has told me do not trust Nigerians. What is the problem with them? I like them; I just want to know why other people do not. Where they the ones that sold slaves to the white people? Will some one tell me?

I have no idea. There are a lot of Nigerains in my neighborhood and they are super nice and great friends and neighbors. I don't believe that Nigerans are bad, there are only a small percentage that are bad and the same thing goes for every other ethnicity. There are only bad induivudals in a race never a whole group.

What it all boils down to is that every single person in the world (black, white, red, blue, green) are all different. No two are alike. You can't just like or dislike a person because of their color. Especially if your the same color.

It probably has to do with their government. I know Nigeria is the supposed origin of all those "next of kin" money laundering scam emails. I never knew I had relatives in Nigeria...
